Position Overview The Deputy Program Director will support the Program Director in overseeing and managing various public infrastructure projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and technical skills, along with a comprehensive understanding of public works and transportation sectors. Key Responsibilities • Assist the Program Director in the management of public infrastructure projects, including planning, execution, and monitoring. • Coordinate with various stakeholders, including government agencies, contractors, and community organizations, to ensure project alignment with public needs. • Conduct regular project reviews and report on status, risks, and opportunities for improvement. • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards in aviation, airport construction, and transportation projects. • Oversee budget management, resource allocation, and scheduling to optimize project delivery. • Provide technical guidance and support to project teams in civil, water, and wastewater engineering initiatives. Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Public Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred. • At least 7 years of experience in program management, specifically within public works or infrastructure projects. • Strong knowledge of aviation, airport construction, and transportation systems. • Proven experience in managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders. • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. • Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance standards in public infrastructure.
