Account Manager Position Overview The Account Manager is responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving sales growth within the HVAC sector. This role requires a deep understanding of HVAC products and services, coupled with strong sales and communication skills to effectively meet client needs and enhance business profitability. Key Responsibilities • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients in the HVAC sector. • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to expand the client base. • Provide technical support and product expertise to clients regarding HVAC products. • Collaborate with engineering and technical teams to ensure customer needs are met. • Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to clients. • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies. • Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the sales team. Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Business, or a related field. • Proven experience as an Account Manager or in a similar sales role, preferably in the HVAC industry. • Strong knowledge of HVAC products and systems. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients. • Proficiency in sales software and Microsoft Office Suite. • Strong problem-solving skills and technical aptitude.
