Location: Remote Type: Full-time, Permanent Role And Responsibilities • Configure and test platform modules for Accounting and Reconciliation based on client requirements • Collaborate with client stakeholders to gather functional requirements and translate them into system configurations • Design and implement operational workflows to support middle and back-office processes • Provide support throughout the implementation lifecycle, including UAT and post-go-live stabilization Qualifications • Experience in investment accounting, fund operations, or back-office system implementations • Hands‑on experience with platforms such as Clearwater, Eagle, SimCorp, Geneva or similar • Strong understanding of transaction processing, reconciliations, general ledger entries, corporate actions, derivatives processing, and other accounting functions • Ability to configure software to support accounting workflows, including validation and exception handling • Excellent communication and client‑facing skills; experience working in a consulting or systems implementation environment preferred Benefits At a Glance • Competitive salary with annual performance bonus and profit‑sharing opportunity • 401(k) match (U.S.) or Superannuation contributions (Australia) • A generous paid time off package that includes vacation days, sick leave, company holidays, and time off for volunteering • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance (U.S.), or regionally competitive coverage (U.K. and Australia) • Long‑term disability and life insurance fully paid by the company (U.S.) • Flexible work model – fully with optional access to co‑working spaces or offices • Global collaboration and travel opportunities across North America, EMEA, and APAC.
