Job Summary: Acts as an extension of senior management ensuring a positive customer experience while being the representative of senior management to others. Provides administrative support and performs numerous duties, including scheduling, writing correspondence, emailing, overseeing visitors, routing callers and answering questions and requests. We are looking for a talented Executive Administration and Communications Specialist (Remote) to join our team. With occasional travel to our MRC Henderson, CO and / or Upfit Dallas TX. This role will make an impact in the following ways: • Act as an extension of senior management, ensuring a positive customer and employee experience while representing leadership to others. • Provide high-level administrative support, including managing complex calendars, scheduling, travel arrangements, expense reporting, and correspondence. • Draft, edit, and format documents, reports, presentations, speeches, and official communications. • Facilitate smooth communications between senior management and internal teams, external partners, customers, and vendors. • Maintain the confidentiality and security of sensitive information and records. • Plan, coordinate, and execute team meetings, including agendas, logistics, note-taking, and follow-up on action items. • Support project planning, scheduling, and coordination; track deliverables, budgets, and timelines; prepare status reports. • Design and develop high-quality, visually compelling presentations tailored to audience needs using storytelling and data visualization techniques. • Serve as a formal resource to colleagues with less experience, mentoring and providing guidance as needed. • Complete additional duties and special projects for senior management as assigned.
