Description POSITION SUMMARY This position will be responsible for assisting in the configuration, deployment, tracking, and return of internal Dell PC's being replaced as part of CU Answer's lease cycle. Essential Job Functions • Install and configure software on new PCs • Transport equipment between CU*A office locations. • Set up PC hardware with internal users. • Aid in transition of settings from old PC to new. • Document and track equipment in motion. • Perform basic troubleshooting on hardware set up and software configuration. • Securely delete data on PCs. JOB SPECIFICATIONS • High School graduate or equivalent is required. • Strong desktop support skills, including Windows 7 and Windows 10. • Ability to travel between CU*A office locations to install hardware. • Ability to use discretion when dealing with sensitive or confidential data. • Ability to maintain detailed tracking records of equipment • Strong organizational skills.
