Job Title: Time & Attendance Payroll Systems Manager Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced and forward-thinking Time & Attendance Payroll Systems Manager to lead payroll system operations and drive process excellence. This direct-hire, hybrid role based in Malvern, PA oversees payroll technology, compliance, and system optimization for a large, unionized workforce. The ideal candidate will provide strong leadership to a team of payroll system specialists, ensuring seamless integration, compliance, and efficiency across U.S. and Canadian operations. Work Schedule: • Monday through Friday, EST business hours Key Responsibilities of the Time & Attendance Payroll Systems Manager: • Lead and mentor a team of payroll technology professionals, ensuring effective workload management and career development • Oversee governance and optimization of the Time & Attendance system, including payroll compliance for U.S. and Canadian operations (65+ unions) • Manage payroll system integrations, upgrades, vendor compliance, and disaster recovery testing • Ensure accuracy of payroll reporting from labor distribution through accounting interfaces • Partner with HR, IT, Finance, and Legal teams to align payroll systems with business needs • Support union dues payments, billing, credits, and other automated payroll processes • Drive process improvements and technology enhancements for payroll and timekeeping systems • Present updates and insights to senior executives and stakeholders in quarterly meetings Qualifications and Skills for the Time & Attendance Payroll Systems Manager: • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience • Proven leadership experience managing payroll or timekeeping systems in large organizations (5,000+ employees) • Experience in manufacturing environments required • Expertise in UKG Pro WFM or Kronos Workforce Central; Workday Payroll implementation a plus • Strong knowledge of U.S. and Canadian payroll compliance, including multi-union environments • Familiarity with general ledger processes, system integrations, and payroll interfaces • Advanced problem-solving, analytical, and strategic thinking skills • Strong communication abilities with the professionalism to interact with both executives and frontline employees • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; experience with Copilot a plus • Demonstrated success in team leadership, conflict resolution, and vendor management Why Join Us?
