Industrial Maintenance Technician Full-Time San Bernardino Facility Hourly Salary Range: $22 - $32 About Us CG Roxane LLC, the producer of Crystal Geyser® Alpine Spring Water®, the leading national spring water brand. Position Overview We are seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our team. This role focuses on maximizing equipment uptime and efficiency through precise troubleshooting, repairs, and routine maintenance. You will collaborate closely with machine operators and manufacturing supervisors to ensure smooth production line operations. Key Responsibilities • Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems using schematics and technical documentation. • Perform repairs on equipment, fixtures, systems, conveyors, and other facility machinery as needed. • Work independently or as part of a team to complete repairs safely and efficiently. • Strive to optimize machinery settings to enhance line efficiency. • Maintain reliable attendance and uphold a professional, team-oriented attitude. Required Competencies • Proficiency with mechanical, electrical (24–480V), pneumatic, and hydraulic systems. • Basic fabrication skills; TIG welding experience is a plus. • Basic understanding of PLC. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. Education • High School Diploma or GED is required. Qualifications • 4 years' experience in similar industrial maintenance environment. • 5 years' experience in electrical • Excellent attendance record and punctuality. • Positive attitude and a strong commitment to teamwork.
