The Technical Solutions Engineer role is crucial for ensuring seamless integration and operational integrity of the platform within school IT systems, enabling better educational outcomes for students. Responsibilities • Diagnosing and resolving technical challenges related to district IT environments, SIS integrations, and platform functionality—frequently in real time. • Facilitating IT onboarding sessions with district leaders to confirm system compatibility, uphold data security protocols, and execute seamless configurations. • Building and sustaining automated workflows that span SIS platforms, HubSpot, Google Sheets, APIs, and AWS QuickSight. • Working cross-functionally with sales, support, and implementation teams to accelerate adoption and shorten time-to-value. • Creating documentation, developing reusable templates, and eliminating reliance on tribal knowledge or improvised solutions. Skills • Background supporting K–12 school IT systems, with working knowledge of SIS platforms and integration tools such as Clever. • Proven technical troubleshooting ability and skill in communicating complex system concepts to non-technical audiences. • Hands-on experience with HubSpot, Google Sheets (including automation capabilities), and data visualization tools like AWS QuickSight or equivalent platforms. • Working knowledge of FERPA and student data privacy compliance requirements. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable leading stakeholder calls, diagnosing issues on-site, and collaborating across teams. • Authorized to work in the United States, willing to travel up to 70%, and able to pass background checks mandated for K–12 school access. • Experience with AI-powered tools and applying them to workflow automation or process optimization. • Background in technical implementation or solutions engineering within EdTech companies or school districts. • Understanding of API-driven integrations and data flow system architecture.
