What You Will Be Doing • Facilitating adaptive reading workshops that build core competencies in phonics, fluency, and comprehension • Creating personalized engagement strategies that resonate with children and nurture a lasting passion for reading • Interpreting student performance data to refine instructional methods and generate practical insights • Partnering with the engineering team to assess and improve AI-driven literacy platforms Basic Requirements Literacy Program Coordinator key responsibilities • Bachelor's degree plus advanced certification in reading instruction (e.g., Orton-Gillingham, Wilson, or comparable program) • Minimum 2 years of experience providing small-group reading interventions to early elementary students • Capable of assessing reading proficiency, forming instructional groups, and creating differentiated lessons without relying on pre-packaged curricula • Comfortable using AI/adaptive learning platforms and adjusting instruction based on student interaction patterns • Authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship • Available to work on-site at one of our locations: Lake Forest (Orange County), CA; San Francisco, CA; Miami, FL; or New York City, NY About Alpha Want to join a learning rebellion that’s transforming the traditional classroom?
