What You Will Be Doing • Developing and training a Guide team to execute the Alpha learning system with exceptional standards • Authoring Guide Playbooks that outline facilitation best practices, design of engaging learning activities, and challenge resolution approaches • Delivering consistent, actionable feedback to Guides that enhances student engagement and outcomes • Directly coaching a small student cohort, demonstrating expert motivation and coaching methodologies What You Won’t Be Doing • Creating lesson plans – your Guides facilitate student learning via adaptive applications; you concentrate on developing them as outstanding facilitators • Compromising standards – when our passing threshold is 100%, maintaining that benchmark is your responsibility • Conducting uninspiring training – you will coach Guides through dynamic, high-energy, experiential development sessions Leadership Coach Key Responsibilities Develop and train a Guide team to execute the Alpha system with exceptional standards. Basic Requirements • Hold a Bachelor's degree in any discipline. • Minimum 5 years of professional experience in education, learning and development, coaching, or related domains. • Proven track record developing and executing innovative educational programs, curricula, or training initiatives. • Established leadership and mentorship capabilities with demonstrated ability to build, manage, and inspire high-performing teams. • Background working with youth populations (ages 5-18) in educational or developmental settings. • Competency in data analysis and leveraging metrics for decision-making and continuous improvement. • Availability to work on-site in Atlanta, GA; Las Vegas, NV; Nashville, TN; Park City (Salt Lake City), UT; or Spotswood, NJ. • Legal authorization to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record.
