About Us CRM Health Services provides compassionate home care and non-emergency medical transportation to clients throughout Maryland. We are seeking a reliable Remote Administrative Assistant to support our NEMT dispatch operations and home care administrative needs. Overview We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team in a remote capacity. This role is ideal for candidates with strong administrative skills, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency in office management tools. This position offers an opportunity to work flexibly from home while contributing to a professional and dynamic environment. The Office Assistant will handle daily scheduling, communication, and documentation for both the transportation and home care departments. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, and comfortable working independently. Responsibilities • Schedule and confirm transportation appointments • Assign and update daily driver schedules • Enter trip details into dispatch software • Track trip progress and communicate updates to drivers • Document mileage, time logs, and trip notes • Manage last-minute trip requests, cancellations, and rescheduling • Assist with caregiver scheduling and shift coverage • Communicate with clients and caregivers via phone, email, and text • Maintain accurate client and caregiver records • Collect and review caregiver timesheets and service notes • Support new client referrals and service start coordination • Assist with caregiver onboarding paperwork and file organization Qualifications • Prior experience in NEMT dispatching, home care scheduling, or medical office administration preferred • Strong communication and customer service skills • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment • Comfortable using scheduling systems, spreadsheets, and email platforms • Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace • Dependable, detail-oriented, and self-motivated Experience • Prior office experience preferred, including clerical or administrative roles in medical settings • Proven ability in customer service roles with strong communication skills and bilingual capabilities (if applicable) • Familiarity with office management software such as QuickBooks, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets), and data entry tools • Experience with multi-line phone systems and calendar management is highly desirable • Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently under tight deadlines • Strong typing skills along with attention to detail for proofreading and document accuracy • Previous experience as a receptionist or personal assistant is advantageous but not required; training will be provided for specific software tools Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 20.0 per week Work Location: Remote
