Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and organized Administrative Specialist to support our team in a dynamic office environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong clerical and customer service skills, along with proficiency in various office management tasks This role is essential for ensuring smooth operations and providing excellent support to both staff and clients. Responsibilities • Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors and handling inquiries. • Operate multi-line phone systems, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills. • Perform data entry, filing, label creation and document management to maintain organized records. • Utilize Microsoft Office and Google Workspace for creating documents, spreadsheets, and presentations. • Provide administrative support including proofreading correspondence and reports. • Support the team with clerical duties such as document control, creating new spec sheets for products, design product labels, and general office management. • Collaborate effectively with colleagues to enhance workflow efficiency. Skills • Previous experience in an office setting is preferred. • Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply for enhanced communication capabilities. • Strong computer literacy with experience in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace applications. • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks. • Ability to work independently while being part of a team-oriented environment. • Experience with digital design tools is preferred
