Location: Hybrid (3 days onsite in Oakbrook, Monday & Wednesday required, other day of choice) Relocation Available | Onsite Parking | Car Preferred Our SaaS client is looking for an experienced Director of Marketing to lead their Commercial Services side of the business. This is an exciting role for a seasoned B2B marketing leader to drive full-funnel strategy for SaaS solutions targeting property managers, multifamily developers, and integrators. The Director will be responsible for lead generation, ABM programs, sales funnel optimization, and community-led initiatives to accelerate pipeline and sales enablement. What You'll Do • Develop and execute ABM campaigns targeting enterprise accounts • Lead and motivate individuals and teams to maintain a strong workplace culture • Drive demand generation programs to increase pipeline and funnel velocity • Build community marketing strategies to engage C-suite, property managers, and developers • Create solution-based content including case studies, webinars, and white papers • Partner with Sales for account enablement and deal acceleration • Measure and report on funnel performance, MQL/SQL conversion, and ROI • Collaborate within marketing to ensure clear handoffs across functions • Drive performance management by communicating expectations and evaluating team output What You Bring • 8+ years of B2B marketing leadership experience with strong knowledge of the sales cycle; ideally in SaaS or Property-Tech • Experience leading high-performing, specialized B2B marketing teams • Deep understanding of SaaS funnel metrics, ABM tactics, and demand/lead generation • Proficiency in marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot, Marketo, and Salesforce • Strong analytical skills with a track record of optimizing campaigns for pipeline growth This is a high-impact opportunity to lead a growing business unit and shape the future of commercial marketing in a dynamic SaaS environment.
