Regional Sales Manager – Nashville, TN (Remote Field Role) Location: Greater Nashville area (Remote with regional travel) Industry: Automotive Technology / Title & Registration Software Compensation: $80,000–$115,000 base salary + commission (first-year OTE around $150,000) About The Company Our client delivers industry-leading Title & Registration and Government Compliance software solutions designed to modernize the automotive retail experience. Their technology empowers dealerships to operate more efficiently, stay compliant, and enhance customer satisfaction. Position Summary The Regional Sales Manager (RSM) will oversee business development and sales across Tennessee and surrounding states, focusing on independent automotive dealerships. This is a high-impact role responsible for identifying opportunities, managing the full sales cycle, and partnering with clients to implement best-in-class technology solutions. This position is ideal for a results-oriented sales professional who enjoys autonomy, values consultative selling, and thrives in a growing technology company. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute a territory sales strategy focused on independent dealerships. Generate leads, conduct prospecting outreach, and manage opportunities through to close. Present and demonstrate software solutions that solve compliance and operational challenges. Build lasting relationships with executive-level decision makers. Partner with internal teams to ensure successful onboarding and client satisfaction. Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and performance tracking within CRM systems. Achieve quarterly and annual sales goals aligned with company growth objectives. Qualifications Required: 3+ years of experience in SaaS, software, or automotive technology sales. Strong ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and manage a full sales cycle. Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills. CRM experience (Salesforce preferred) and comfort with remote collaboration tools. Preferred Background in automotive dealership sales or DMV-related software solutions. Understanding of Title & Registration technology. Compensation & Benefits $80,000–$115,000 base salary + commission (first-year OTE around $150,000).
