At our Dallas studio, guests not only shop but also immerse themselves in the art of candle making, guided by our knowledgeable and passionate team. Position Overview We are seeking a dependable, friendly, and professional Sales Associate to join our Frisco team on Saturdays and Sundays. The ideal candidate has a strong background in retail sales and customer service, with at least 3 years of proven experience. This person will represent CRAV Co. with professionalism, enthusiasm, and attention to detail while creating a positive and engaging experience for every guest. Key Responsibilities • Welcome and assist customers with product selection, scent exploration, and purchases. • Educate guests on CRAV Co.’s products, including candles, room sprays, diffuser oils, and custom scent services. • Assist with pouring candles and creating custom scents for customers during workshops and retail experiences. • Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting sales floor and workspace. • Handle transactions accurately and efficiently. • Contribute to the overall atmosphere by providing a friendly and approachable presence. Qualifications • Minimum 3 years of retail sales and customer service experience. • Outgoing, professional, and polished in both appearance and communication. • Dependable and punctual, with weekend availability (Saturday and Sunday required). • Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on delivering an excellent guest experience. • Comfortable working in a hands-on environment that includes assisting with candle pouring and custom scent blending.
