Responsibilities JOB PURPOSE: The Senior Business Intelligence Analyst supports enterprise-wide business intelligence initiatives by designing, implementing, and maintaining Power BI and SQL-based reporting solutions. This role partners cross-functionally with Operations, IT, Finance, and other departments to deliver actionable, data-driven insights that improve decision-making and optimize business performance. The position serves as a bridge between technical data solutions and business strategy, leveraging SQL, Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, and other analytical tools to translate complex data into meaningful, business-focused outcomes. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITIES: Design, implement, and support Power BI and SQL-based reporting solutions. Collaborate closely with business leaders and IT to gather business requirements, propose technical designs, and deliver effective reporting solutions. Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations that support strategic and operational decision-making. Analyze large datasets to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for process improvement. Employ data modeling and visualization techniques to transform raw data into actionable insights. Integrate data from multiple sources using tools such as Microsoft Fabric or similar data integration platforms. Partner cross-functionally to communicate technical solutions and business insights effectively. Drive process improvements and enhance business intelligence across the organization. Ensure accuracy, consistency, and standardization in data presentation, visual formatting, and report structure. Qualifications QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Mathematics, Economics, Finance, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, finance, operations, or a related analytical role. Proficiency in SQL for querying, data manipulation, and analysis. Advanced experience with Power BI for designing and developing reports, dashboards, and visualizations. Familiarity with Microsoft Fabric or similar data integration tools. Strong understanding of data modeling, data visualization, and data warehousing concepts. Experience with ETL processes and integration best practices. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present large datasets clearly. Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical reporting solutions. Exceptional attention to detail with focus on accuracy, organization, and visual clarity. Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Collaborative and team-oriented, with experience working in cross-functional environments. Demonstrated business acumen and understanding of strategic and operational initiatives. Experience driving process improvements and advancing business intelligence maturity across departments. Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Build positive and productive working relationships across all levels. Effectively manages multiple priorities and projects simultaneously. Quickly identifies issues and determines efficient, effective solutions. Maintains performance and composure under pressure. Communicates information clearly and concisely in all formats.
