Receive, inspect, and process shipments, maintain inventory records, and coordinate warehouse activities.
Previous warehouse experience, forklift certification, attention to detail, organizational skills, ability to lift 50 lbs, and basic computer skills.
• Key Responsibilities & Duties Receiving Shipments & Materials • Receive and inspect incoming shipments • Unload trucks and verify delivery contents • Inspect packaging and materials for any damage, discrepancies, or missing items • Document and report damaged or incorrect shipments Processing Outgoing Shipments • Prepare and package outgoing orders accurately • Generate appropriate shipping labels and documentation • Coordinate with carriers and schedule pickups • Ensure timely and accurate shipment of goods Documentation & Recordkeeping • Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing materials • Update system logs, inventory lists, and shipping reports • Assist with maintaining compliance with company and regulatory requirements Inventory Management • Track and manage inventory levels • Assist with cycle counts and stock verification • Communicate shortages or stock concerns to management Coordination & Communication • Work closely with production, warehouse personnel, and supervisors • Communicate shipping status, delays, or inventory concerns • Provide support to ensure efficient warehouse flow Required Qualifications • Previous warehouse, shipping, or related experience • Forklift certification required • Strong attention to detail and accuracy • Organizational and time-management skills • Ability to lift, move, and handle materials safely • Basic technical and computer skills for shipping software and inventory systems • Strong verbal and written communication skills Physical & Work Requirements • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Comfortable working in a warehouse/manufacturing environment Company DescriptionCraneVeyor Corp has been providing quality products and dependable service to the construction industry and to manufacturers since 1946.
