This position is responsible for providing a wide variety of administrative duties to support the campus. In this role, the Scheduling Coordinator/Admin Assistant will: • Oversee patient schedules and makes adjustments as needed. • Maintain inventory of office supplies and distribution. • Provide training and support for new initiatives and new PCA • Answer the telephone, accepting referrals and request for service. • Educate callers to services available through Home Health Services . • Foster positive internal and external customer relationships. • Foster an effective work relationship through conflict resolution, constructive feedback and problem solving abilities. Maintain confidentiality of all patient related information. • Maintains EMR The ideal candidate will have: • High school education or equivalent. • One year of related office or scheduling experience providing clerical or administrative support. • Experience in healthcare setting. • Highly organized, detail oriented with excellent interpersonal and communication skills both verbal and written in English. • Ability to remain calm in an emergency situation. • Complete confidentiality when circulating general information • Proficient Microsoft Office Suite. • Must be able to deal tactfully with staff, residents, family members, visitors and general public and have an interest in and desire to work with older adults. Compensation Pay Range: $19.13 - $23.33 per hour Reasonable Pay Estimate A reasonable estimate of the pay range for this position is $19.13 - $23.33 per hour. There are numerous factors taken into consideration in determining the actual offered rate of pay, including but not limited to: job-related qualifications, experience, skills, education, geographic location, and consideration of internal and external equity.
