JOB SUMMARY: Job Summary: The Project Manager plays an integral part in defining the fundamental principles, while supporting business needs and upholding the company’s reputation with its participants. The Project Manager provides organization of client projects through the coordination and completion of projects on time and within scope. The Project Manager oversees all aspects of projects such as establishing deadlines, assign responsibilities, monitor, and summarize progress of project. Assist in preparing reports for internal stakeholders, external stakeholders, and leadership. Interacts with a diverse group of stakeholders as well as internal contacts at all levels of the organization. Independent judgment is required to plan, prioritize, and organize a diverse workload, recommends opportunities for improvement in departmental practices and procedures. Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders Ensure resource availability and allocation Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques Report and escalate to management as needed Manage the relationship with all stakeholders Perform risk management to minimize project risks Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation Meet with stakeholders to obtain details and clarify specific requirements of each project Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals Meet and adjust to project constraints based on operational needs. Maintain organized documentation. Assists in audits and the creation of standard operating procedures and process diagrams. Works independently and within a team on special nonrecurring and ongoing projects. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Proven working experience in project management and/or 2-3 years of relevant work experience Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills Strong working knowledge of the entire Microsoft Office Suite and Project Tracking Software Exhibit excellent analytical skills, the ability to manage multiple, inter-disciplinary projects as well as the ability to work well in a demanding, dynamic environment and meet overall objectives. Project management skills: financial/budget management, scheduling, and resource management. High level of personal integrity, as well as the ability to professionally handle confidential matters, and show an appropriate level of judgment and maturity. High degree of initiative, dependability, and ability to work with little supervision. Excellent professional communication and organizational skills Thorough knowledge and experience with administrative procedures Must be flexible with schedule and availability, occasional weekend hours are required. Physical Requirements and Demands: Note: Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions as described. Regular eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity is required to operate office equipment. The ability to perform work at a computer terminal for 6-8 hours a day and function in an environment with constant interruptions is required. At times, incumbents are subject to sitting for prolonged periods. Infrequently, incumbent must be able to lift and move material weighing up to 20 lbs. Incumbent may experience elevated levels of stress during periods of increased activity and with work entailing multiple deadlines.
