We are seeking an Administrative Operations Specialist to join our team. This role is a critical part of our operations, combining billing, customer service, and technical coordination to ensure seamless support for our clients and internal teams. Responsibilities: Billing & Invoicing • Prepare, process, and review customer invoices for accuracy and timely delivery • Follow up on outstanding balances and resolve billing discrepancies • Maintain accurate financial records and assist with reporting as needed • Collaborate with accounting and operations teams to support smooth billing processes Customer Service • Provide professional and responsive support to clients via phone, email, and in-person • Answer inquiries about products, services, and account details • Resolve customer concerns promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and service requests Coordination & Technical Dispatch • Schedule and dispatch technical service teams to customer sites efficiently • Coordinate with technicians and internal teams to ensure timely resolution of service requests • Track work orders, service updates, and follow-ups to ensure all tasks are completed • Assist with administrative tasks to support operational workflow and team efficiency Qualifications: • Minimum of 2 years of billing or accounts receivable experience • Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Experience in customer service, billing, or administrative coordination preferred • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment • Familiarity with technical or manufacturing environments is a plus • Corporate Resources has been hired by our client to recruit for this open position and any/all other positions as requested and posted.
