This is a hands-on, data-driven role for a marketer who can turn insights into action. You’ll own lead generation, digital acquisition, and brand growth - building campaigns that drive awareness and convert prospects into loyal customers. You’ll work closely with the Sales team to ensure alignment across marketing initiatives and revenue goals, helping position NOVA as the go-to retail technology partner for small and mid-sized businesses. Key Responsibilities • Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns focused on lead generation, digital acquisition, and product awareness. • Optimize the company website and content performance to drive inbound traffic and conversion. • Manage paid search and digital advertising (Google Ads and related platforms) to maximize ROI. • Oversee SEO and content strategy, ensuring NOVA’s voice and message remain consistent and customer-focused. • Collaborate with the Sales team to align campaigns with revenue goals, pipeline activity, and customer segments. • Analyze and report on marketing performance using data-driven insights to continuously improve effectiveness. • Support the launch and promotion of new features, including NOVA Wave and NOVA Integrated, through storytelling and customer education. • Contribute to NOVA’s brand presence across digital channels by creating engaging, value-driven content. Qualifications • 3–5 years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally within SaaS, retail tech, payments, or POS systems. • Strong proficiency with Google Ads, SEO, analytics tools, and Salesforce. • Proven ability to create, launch, and measure marketing campaigns that drive measurable results. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Highly data-oriented with strong analytical thinking. • Self-starter with a collaborative mindset, comfortable working remotely and cross- functionally.
