High school diploma, 1 year customer service experience, 4-6 months clerical skills, and strong preference for medical terminology knowledge.
Location: Home Health - Fort Worth Department: Administration Shift: First Shift (United States of America) Standard Weekly Hours: 40 Summary: Manages patient accounts to ensure accurate and timely delivery of durable supplies and services. Provides information to customers about company products. Acts as a liaison between customers and the company regarding supply sales. Receives and processes patient reimbursement information from patients, physicians, hospitals, and third party payors. Coordinates patient information and services to ensure clean claims. Education: High School or equivalent. 1 year Customer Service and 4 to 6 months clerical skills required. Medical terminology strongly preferred.
