Senior Associate, Emergency Management Data Integration About CONSTANT CONSTANT is an award-winning emergency and crisis management firm dedicated to making the world a safer place. Position Summary & Key Responsibilities In this Senior Associate role, you'll lead projects in emergency management planning, training, exercises, and community outreach, with a focus on data integration. We are bringing innovative approaches to clients as they prepare their communities to respond to, mitigate, and recover from disasters. To be successful in this role, you'll need to excel in four key areas: Project Management: Lead large projects in emergency management planning, training, exercises, and outreach based on contractual requirements, while maintaining a healthy timeline, budget, and team environment Client Relationship Management: Build deep relationships with clients by establishing trust at all levels (including executives), fostering a collaborative team culture, driving projects forward reliably, and keeping an eye out for opportunities to add value Subject-Matter Expertise: Apply subject-matter expertise in emergency management data integration to drive service quality and bring innovative solutions to clients. Bridge technical and non-technical expertise and approaches across multiple organizations. Leadership and Culture: Lead multi-layered project teams, setting up team members for success, maintaining high-level standards, and maintaining a healthy team culture. Supervise team members at multiple levels, as assigned. This position is fully remote. Must-Have Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience 8+ years of progressive experience in emergency management and/or emergency management consulting, including data management projects (e.g., GIS) 3+ years of experience as a manager Proficiency in managing client relationships and budgeted consulting projects Excellent communication, writing, and facilitation skills Proficiency in MS 365 suite Ability to commute periodically within the California Bay Area Ability to travel approximately 20% Ability to pass a Federal public trust background check and/or security clearance investigation Nice-To-Have Qualifications Proficiency using ESRI and other GIS tools and data sources Experience with community and stakeholder outreach Experience with data analysis, visualization, and dashboards Master's degree in public administration, business administration, or a related field Project Management Professional (PMP) certification What We Offer Meaningful work on a high-performing team Opportunities to grow with a rapidly expanding company Welcoming, collaborative, and flexible work environment Comprehensive benefits package including healthcare, retirement plans, bonuses based on company and individual performance, and flexible paid time off CONSTANT is an Equal Opportunity Employer and welcomes applications from all qualified individuals.
