Industry Higher Education Type Privately Held Founded 2007 Employees 1001-5000 Specialties • Higher education management • Online education • EdTech About the Role We are looking for an innovative and strategic VP of Transformation and Strategy to lead our evolution into a tech-enabled services organization. In this impactful role, you will create and drive a comprehensive transformation roadmap while leading complex initiatives and developing success metrics in collaboration with our functional leaders. Your work will engage cross-functional teams to deliver cutting-edge tech- and AI-driven solutions, support diverse initiatives, and facilitate M&A integration processes. As a visible champion of transformation, you will demonstrate resilience, transparency, and a sense of urgency. Additionally, you will establish and lead a Digital Transformation Advisory Board composed of esteemed external experts. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree, preferably with a Master's degree, and have over 10 years of experience steering tech-enabled transformation projects, ideally within service or platform settings. A background in management consulting is advantageous, and familiarity with EdTech or the higher education sector is a plus. We seek a leader who is adept in change management, possesses technical fluency, and has a proven ability to lead through influence in matrixed environments. Your strategic mindset, action-oriented approach, and problem-solving skills will be critical, as will your ability to cultivate team capabilities, guide change initiatives, and navigate complex transformational challenges.
