In this impactful role, you will create and drive a comprehensive transformation roadmap while leading complex initiatives and developing success metrics in collaboration with our functional leaders. Your work will engage cross-functional teams to deliver cutting-edge tech- and AI-driven solutions, support diverse initiatives, and facilitate M&A integration processes. As a visible champion of transformation, you will demonstrate resilience, transparency, and a sense of urgency. Additionally, you will establish and lead a Digital Transformation Advisory Board composed of esteemed external experts. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree, preferably with a Master's degree, and have over 10 years of experience steering tech-enabled transformation projects, ideally within service or platform settings. A background in management consulting is advantageous, and familiarity with EdTech or the higher education sector is a plus.
