This leadership role is pivotal in ensuring that software products meet the highest quality standards, with a focus on minimizing defects and delivering excellent user experiences. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the creation and execution of comprehensive test plans, cases, and scripts, as well as driving the implementation of quality control processes such as automated testing, regression testing, and user acceptance testing. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, particularly in a highly collaborative work environment, is essential, and experience with AI tools is a significant advantage. Candidates for this role at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, with at least 10 years' experience in QA roles, including a minimum of 5 years in a leadership position. Technical proficiency in various QA tools, test management software, and defect tracking tools is required, along with a strong knowledge of automation frameworks, performance testing, and continuous integration. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading large QA teams, implementing end-to-end quality processes, and driving process improvement initiatives.
