This executive will play a pivotal role in shaping the organization's people strategy, particularly at the intersection of sales, business development, and asset management. The successful candidate will be a trusted strategic advisor to senior leadership, championing organizational design and HR practices that promote innovation and sustainable growth. Key responsibilities include leading strategic workforce planning, talent acquisition, and fostering a culture of agility, collaboration, and high performance across diverse international teams. The role demands a hands-on approach to HR leadership, especially for customer-facing, globally dispersed teams operating in complex, fast-paced markets. Candidates for this role at The Company should have a Bachelor's degree, with a preference for a degree in HR or a related field, and a minimum of 10 years' progressive HR leadership experience, including at least 5 years in a senior or executive-level position.
