Director – Client Delivery & Project Management (Global) Location: Must be eligible to work in the U.S. and able to work within Eastern Time Zone hours Function: Global Project & Client Delivery Leadership Employment Type: Full-Time About the Role We are seeking an experienced Client Delivery Director to lead a high-performing, globally dispersed project delivery team. This senior role is responsible for ensuring outstanding client satisfaction, operational excellence, and commercial growth across a defined portfolio of strategic client accounts. This position requires a leader with deep project management expertise, strong commercial awareness, and the ability to drive scalable delivery models across multiple services and geographies. You will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the global delivery strategy, introducing best practices, and building long-term client partnerships. The ideal candidate is a collaborative, forward-thinking leader who thrives in complex and ambiguous environments, brings strong stakeholder influence, and can operate autonomously while inspiring teams across the globe. Key Responsibilities • Lead and develop geographically distributed delivery teams, ensuring successful delivery of contracted services across all assigned client projects. • Drive a culture of accountability, high performance, and continuous learning through effective people management — including hiring, retention, coaching, and career development. • Oversee client governance frameworks, service-level agreements, performance metrics and communication plans to ensure seamless delivery and client satisfaction. • Collaborate closely with commercial and operational teams to support portfolio growth, client retention, and increased market share. • Implement and monitor KPIs and operational metrics that support delivery excellence and organizational objectives. • Drive strategic departmental initiatives from identification through to implementation. • Build strong client relationships and act as a trusted advisor across executive stakeholders. • Proactively identify improvement opportunities aligned to emerging industry trends and evolving client needs. • Support talent management and training strategies to build scalable delivery capability. Decision Making & Influence • Able to influence decisions across functions without relying on hierarchy or formal authority. • Uses business context, operational insights, and professional judgment to make informed decisions. • Skilled at collaborating with global teams from varied cultural and technical backgrounds. • Champions agility, transparency, accountability, and growth mindsets across teams. What You Bring Essential: • Proven experience leading large-scale client delivery, program management or project management teams. • Strong understanding of commercial delivery models, operational efficiency, and client success strategies. • Ability to coach senior-level talent and build high-performance teams across multiple functions. • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. • Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business, IT, or related field; equivalent experience considered. • Track record of building client trust and driving measurable operational outcomes. • Demonstrated ability to lead through change and drive results through others.
