Responsibilities: • Ensure all Bill of Lading's are completed accurately, and all pallets or boxes are labeled • Ensure all paperwork pertaining to shipment is accurate and applied to shipment • Must Have Working Knowledge of using UPS WorldShip and FEDEX software • The Knowledge and Understanding to ship internationally using our preferred shippers • Ship all orders to ensure they arrive on or before scheduled date • Load all Outbound Freight into their proper trucks • Double Check all receiving paperwork before keying into Inventory Management System • Turn in all paperwork to accounting • Turn in all paperwork to proper Customer Service Representative • The Ability to be trained and operate a forklift safely • Help customers with their customer pickup • Assist with keeping and accurate inventory • Able to stand for long periods of time • Have the ability to lift unassisted up to 60lbs • Must be able to work independently Skills: -Knowledge Using UPS and FEDEX Software - Experience in e-commerce or warehouse distribution preferred - Proficient in operating forklifts - Ability to load and unload shipments safely and efficiently - Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate order fulfillment - Basic math skills for inventory management and order tracking Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
