Senior Vice President, Executive Search and Partner About the Company Premier executive search & talent advisory firm Industry Staffing and Recruiting Type Privately Held About the Role The Company is seeking a Senior Vice President, Executive Search & Partner with a strong background in retained executive search, particularly in the life sciences and healthcare sectors. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading full lifecycle retained searches, from client intake to the placement of visionary leaders at the Board, C-Suite, and senior management levels. This role requires a professional with a proven track record in closing high-value search executions and a strong business development background. The Senior Vice President will also be expected to develop and expand client relationships, drive new business, and ensure the delivery of an exceptional client and candidate experience. Applicants for this role should have a minimum of 10 years' of retained executive search experience, with a preference for those with a background in life sciences and healthcare. The ideal candidate will be consultative, relationship-driven, and possess excellent client management skills. A strong executive presence and the ability to engage credibly with Boards and C-Suite leaders are essential.
