Regional Sales Manager – Midwest Region (Alcoholic Beverage) Location: Midwest (must reside near a major airport) Travel: 90%+ About the Role A fast-growing alcohol brand is hiring a Regional Sales Manager to lead in-field execution across Midwest markets. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on the road, builds authentic account relationships, and knows how to work distributor systems from the inside out. You’ll cover both on-premise and off-premise, drive brand visibility, and partner closely with distributor teams to hit growth targets. Key Responsibilities Lead market execution across retail and on-premise. Visit accounts weekly, build displays, increase shelf presence, run sampling activations, and ensure high-impact in-store visibility. Drive distributor engagement and alignment. Partner with reps and managers on market priorities, ride-alongs, incentive execution, and seasonal planning. Strengthen brand presence through relationships. Cultivate ties with store owners, bar managers, and buyers to secure placements and grow loyalty. Own in-field reporting and insights. Track placements, summarize visit outcomes, gather competitive intelligence, and identify new opportunities. Support key events and market programs. Participate in blitzes, trade shows, GSMs, and promotional programs that drive volume and awareness. Stay organized and accountable on the road. Manage travel logistics, recap visits, and keep internal teams informed with timely updates. What You’ll Bring · Must be 21+ with valid driver’s license and clean driving record. · Ability to travel 90%+ including overnights and weekends. · Comfortable lifting 50 lbs for displays and activations. · Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. · Organized, self-motivated, and accountable. · Must be authorized to work in the U.S. Preferred Qualifications · Experience in beverage alcohol or CPG field sales. · Familiarity with Karma, VIP, IRI/Nielsen, or similar tools; comfortable working with data and velocity reports. · Background working with distributor networks. · Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. · Spanish fluency a plus.
