Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Office Manager to lead the daily operations of our busy office environment. This role is vital in ensuring smooth administrative workflows, managing vendor relationships, overseeing team activities, and maintaining an efficient and welcoming workspace. Duties • Oversee all aspects of office operations, including administrative procedures, clerical tasks, and front desk responsibilities • Manage scheduling for staff, meetings, appointments, and company events to optimize productivity • Supervise administrative staff and coordinate training & development initiatives to enhance team performance • Handle vendor management by negotiating contracts, processing invoices using QuickBooks or similar accounting software, and maintaining supplier relationships • Coordinate human resources functions such as onboarding new employees, managing payroll processes, and maintaining personnel records • Oversee budgeting activities related to office supplies, equipment, and event planning efforts • Maintain organized filing systems, manage multi-line phone systems with professional phone etiquette, and ensure efficient calendar management for leadership • Plan and execute company events or meetings to foster team engagement and morale • Supervise front desk operations ensuring excellent communication skills and welcoming customer service Qualifications • Proven experience in office management or administrative roles within a professional environment • Supervising experience with demonstrated team management skills • Proficiency in QuickBooks or comparable bookkeeping/accounting software • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively • Experience in event planning and vendor management • Knowledge of human resources processes including payroll administration and employee onboarding • Familiarity with medical office management or healthcare settings is a plus but not required • Excellent communication skills with professional phone etiquette and customer service orientation • Ability to handle budgeting tasks accurately and responsibly • Prior experience with calendar management tools and multi-line phone systems is preferred Join us as an Office Manager to lead our administrative team with energy and enthusiasm!
