Base pay does not include tips; total hourly earnings (with tips) typically range from $28–$40 per hour.* We are seeking a skilled and passionate Bar Manager to lead our team, elevate our guest experience, and uphold the highest standards of hospitality. Position Overview The Bar Manager will oversee daily bar operations, create memorable guest experiences, and maintain the quality and consistency that define our brand. The ideal candidate has extensive knowledge of spirits, wine, and beer, is highly organized, and has proven experience managing a high-volume, high-end bar. Key Responsibilities • Lead, train, and motivate bar staff to deliver exceptional hospitality • Oversee bar operations, including inventory control, ordering, invoicing, and cost management • Create and manage weekly staff schedules • Develop and maintain an elevated cocktail, wine, beer, and spirits program • Collaborate with distributors and meet with vendor reps to source products and negotiate pricing • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and licensing regulations • Maintain bar standards, cleanliness, and organization • Handle guest concerns with professionalism and grace • Support creation of seasonal menus and assist with promotional or special events Qualifications • 5+ years of bar management experience in a high-end or craft cocktail environment • Deep knowledge of spirits, classic and modern cocktails, wine, and beer • Strong leadership and communication skills • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities • Skilled in scheduling, inventory management, and working with vendor reps • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment • Must be reliable, professional, and passionate about hospitality What We Offer • Competitive pay based on experience • Opportunities for creative input in cocktail and beverage programming • A supportive, team-oriented work environment • Potential for growth within the company How to Apply Please submit your resume and a brief note about why you’d be a great fit!
