The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing the strategic plans and goals of the organizations, expanding resources and membership, and championing a diverse and inclusive work environment. This role requires a leader who is adept at building strong relationships, nurturing diverse constituents, and is committed to the values of diversity, equity, and inclusion. The Executive Director will also be tasked with fundraising, financial management, and ensuring the long-term sustainability of the organizations.
