The successful candidate will provide senior leadership and management of all aspects of foundation operations and its advancement program, with a focus on fundraising, donor engagement, and community relations. This role involves serving as the senior fundraiser, overseeing various giving programs, and working closely with the Foundation Board of Directors. The Executive Director will also be a key member of the President's Cabinet, participating in strategic planning, policy formulation, and budgetary decisions, and will be responsible for representing the District's mission and priorities to external stakeholders, including governmental agencies and the community. Applicants for the Executive Director position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) in a related field and a minimum of 10 years' experience in fundraising, institutional advancement, or a similar area, preferably in higher education.
