Full Description

We’re seeking an experienced Compliance Officer to lead and enhance the compliance program for a multi-charter community banking group. This role is responsible for regulatory oversight across all business lines, including policy development, monitoring, reporting, audit/exam coordination, and board presentations. The Compliance Officer will also supervise compliance staff and serve as the institution’s go-to resource on regulatory matters. Key Responsibilities • Develop, implement, and maintain the enterprise compliance program. • Oversee monitoring and reporting across BSA, loan, deposit, and marketing functions. • Review and approve advertising and marketing materials, including digital and social media. • Lead compliance-related committees and prepare board-level reports. • Manage audits, exams, risk reporting, and corrective actions. • Supervise compliance team members. Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, law, or related field (or equivalent experience). • 5+ years in bank compliance and/or audit with prior management experience. • Strong knowledge of banking regulations, data privacy, and risk management. • CRCM certification preferred. • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
