Summary We are seeking a skilled A or B Technician preferable with Ford experience or other Dealership experience and a Minimum of 3 years prior Experience to join our team at Scarsdale Ford. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in automotive service and repair, with experience in diagnosing and resolving a variety of mechanical and electrical issues. This position requires a commitment to providing exceptional customer service while ensuring that all vehicles are maintained to the highest standards. 'Responsibilities' ' Perform diagnostics and repairs on a variety of vehicles using schematics and advanced diagnostic tools. • Perform comprehensive automotive diagnostics and repairs on various makes and models. • Conduct routine vehicle maintenance, including oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections. • Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively to execute repairs and maintenance tasks. • Diagnose and repair automotive electrical systems, transmissions, powertrain components, and alignment issues. • Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols. • New York State Inspectors License is a plus. • 'Qualifications' • Proven dealership experience as an automotive technician. • Strong knowledge of automotive electrical systems, transmissions, and diesel engines. • Automotive Dealership experience is preferred. • Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in automotive repair and maintenance. • Proficiency in automotive diagnostics using modern diagnostic equipment. • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. • A valid driver's license is required; additional certifications related to automotive service are a plus. • Prior Ford technicians are a plus, but we are willing to train all technicians on the Ford Product. • Diesel Automotive Technicians are welcomed • Veterans are encouraged to apply Pay: $60,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year Benefits: • 401(k) • Flexible schedule • Health insurance • Life insurance • Paid time off • Vision insurance Work Location: In person
