This position can be worked remotely around any of our hub locations in the US other than California. Working hours will be 2nd shift 4pm to 1am CT -Friday through Tuesday. We are hiring within 70 miles of the Hub Locations for this position: Dallas, Texas; Birmingham, Alabama; Cedar Falls, Iowa; Charlotte, North Carolina; Kansas City, Kansas; Louisville, Kentucky; and Southwest Missouri. What you’ll be responsible for: • Checks out and approves operational quality of system equipment to ensure operational quality and performance of software. • Performs remote customer work including design, installations, repairs, testing, and/or maintenance on technical products. • Instructs customers in the operation and maintenance of the system and software. • Troubleshoots issues and will often work across product and organizational lines to achieve optimal resolution. • Serves as liaison between the company and customers. • Conveys customer feedback to technical design and engineering staff. • May provide ongoing application, network and security support including servers, firewalls, routers, active directories, etc. • May perform other job duties as assigned. What you’ll need to have: • Minimum of three years of experience as a Window Server Administrator. • Experience with IIS Certificates. • Basic Networking Experience. • This position is not eligible for visa candidates.
