About the Role As Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving business growth. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned client accounts. Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and concerns. Gain a deep understanding of clients' business objectives and provide strategic guidance and support. Identify growth opportunities within client accounts and collaborate with internal teams to implement strategies. Monitor and analyze client performance metrics. Prepare and present regular reports and updates to clients on account status and progress. Ensure timely and accurate delivery of services to clients. Resolve client issues and disputes in a timely and satisfactory manner. Proven experience in account management or a similar role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities. Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field. Must be willing and able to travel as required by clients/projects.
