Concertina is seeking an experienced Microsoft Tech Support Level III for our client in the IT consulting sector. This role focuses on providing advanced Microsoft and Dynamics 365 support, acting as the escalation point for complex technical issues. The ideal candidate has extensive hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Azure, Windows Server, and Dynamics 365—particularly in billing and licensing modules. This is a remote role covering evening hours, offering autonomy, variety, and opportunities for growth in a cutting-edge technology environment. Job Responsibilities: • Serve as the Level 3 escalation point for Microsoft-related support tickets during evening shifts. • Troubleshoot complex issues across Microsoft 365, Azure, Active Directory, and Windows Server environments. • Provide expert-level support for Microsoft Dynamics 365, with a focus on billing and licensing modules. • Collaborate with client IT teams to resolve escalated technical issues promptly. • Document root causes and solutions in the internal knowledge base. • Interface directly with Microsoft Premier or Unified Support when necessary. Qualifications: • Minimum 6 years of experience in technical support or systems engineering, preferably within an MSP or consultancy. • Strong background with Microsoft 365, Azure, Active Directory, and Windows Server. • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, particularly billing or licensing-related modules. • Proven troubleshooting skills for escalated and high-severity cases. • Ability to work independently in a remote, client-facing role. Preferred Skills: • Microsoft certifications (preferred but not required). • Experience with licensing platforms or managed services tools (e.g., ConnectWise, ServiceNow). • Prior experience working with Microsoft Premier or Unified Support teams.
