Location: Los Angeles, CA Position Overview Seeking a Marketing Supervisor with 2–3 years of experience in the food & beverage industry. This role will oversee local and national marketing initiatives, manage promotional campaigns, and support brand growth. The ideal candidate is creative, detail-oriented, and experienced in both digital and offline marketing strategies. Key Responsibilities • Plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote company across multiple channels (digital, social media, events, in-store promotions). • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop marketing materials that align with brand standards. • Manage relationships with media, influencers, and local partners to enhance brand visibility. • Track and analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations. • Support the development of new store opening marketing strategies in Los Angeles and nationwide. • Supervise junior marketing staff or external vendors to ensure project deadlines and quality standards are met. • Assist in managing the company’s social media presence and community engagement. Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field. • 2–3 years of professional experience in marketing, preferably in the food & beverage or retail industry. • Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media platforms, and content creation. • Ability to analyze data and translate insights into effective marketing strategies. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Creative, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously. • Experience supervising interns, junior staff, or external agencies a plus.
