Full Description

We are seeking a seasoned Oracle Cloud HCM Architect with over 10 years of experience in implementing and supporting Oracle Cloud HCM applications. This role requires both functional and technical expertise across Core HR, Talent Management, Recruiting, and Compensation modules. The ideal candidate will have strong consulting experience, excellent client management skills, and the ability to lead cross-functional and offshore teams. Experience with migrations to Redwood is essential. Key Responsibilities Solution Architecture & Implementation: Design and deploy Oracle Cloud HCM solutions tailored to client needs, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance. Functional Leadership: Provide deep functional expertise in Core HR, Talent Management, Recruiting, and Compensation, guiding clients through best practices. Technical Configuration: Configure and customize Oracle Cloud HCM applications to deliver scalable and robust solutions. Client Engagement: Collaborate with clients to gather requirements, manage expectations, and deliver high-quality consulting services. Team Leadership: Lead and mentor onshore and offshore teams to ensure successful project delivery. Continuous Improvement: Stay current with Oracle Cloud HCM updates and industry trends to drive innovation and solution enhancements. Required Qualifications 10+ years of experience in Oracle Cloud HCM implementation and support. Proven expertise in Core HR, Talent Management, Recruiting, and Compensation. Strong technical proficiency in Oracle Cloud HCM configuration and customization. Experience with migrations to Redwood. Extensive consulting experience with strong client relationship management. Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor teams, including offshore resources. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Preferred Qualifications Experience in presales activities including RFP, RFI, and ROM processes. Experience in developing and managing Statements of Work (SOW).
