The Retirement Services Team within the investment bank supports financial advisors and branch employees with IRA and retirement account inquiries, including contributions, distributions, and tax-related processes. The role focuses on delivering exceptional service, resolving issues efficiently, and maintaining compliance with policies and procedures. Key Responsibilities: • Handle inbound calls from advisors and branch staff on retirement account matters. • Research and resolve account and process-related inquiries using internal systems. • Route requests to appropriate processing teams and escalate issues when necessary. • Build and maintain strong client relationships and meet service performance goals. Required Skills: • Strong communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills. • Attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities. • Quick learner with a client-first mindset. • Bachelor’s degree or 2+ years of financial industry experience. Preferred Skills: • Knowledge of retirement products. • Series 7 license (current or past). • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
