We are looking for a reliable, organized, and creative Administrative & Marketing Assistant to support daily operations and help elevate our brand presence. Work Schedule: • Hybrid opportunity available • Work one designated weekend day each week to support business operations • Open homes for sellers and buyers when needed (requires reliable transportation) Compensation & Benefits • Base Salary: $50,000–$60,000 (based on experience) • PTO Compensation: $50,000 - $60,000 Responsibilities: Administrative Support • Manage schedules, appointments, and client communications • Organize and maintain digital and physical files • Prepare contracts, forms, and transaction paperwork • Coordinate inspections, showings, and vendor appointments • Provide general office support and ensure smooth daily operations Marketing & Social Media • Create and schedule social media posts across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) • Assist with property marketing: flyers, brochures, online listings, and email campaigns • Update website content and listings as needed Qualifications: • Previous real estate experience is a must • Strong communication and organizational skills • Proficient with DocuSign • Experience with Canva, CRM systems, or social media tools is a plus • Ability to multitask and work independently • Must have a reliable car for travel to listing appointments and property access About Company With decades of experience in Pennsylvania real estate, the team is recognized for excellence in luxury property sales and client service.
