We are Canteen.  Job Summary Responsibilities: Assists financial department with various administrative tasks Oversee cash room functions Cash room verification, pre-counts, and filling in as necessary Maintain the District Petty Cash fund Prepare and Maintain Payroll/Personnel Reports Calculate commissions paid to Route Drivers Maintain Attendance Records Maintain Personnel Files Process Web Payroll Data entry Prepare cash reports Maintain ICR operation standards Supply requested information to Controller  Process A/R invoices Client Commissions Vendor maintenance and payments Process AP payments/vendor statements review Other duties as assigned by the Controller and DGM  Preferred Qualifications: 4-year degree in accounting preferred 2+ years of accounting/finance experience Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including Pivot tables Computer literacy  Experience in a deadline-driven environment Ability to adjust to changing priorities  Strong communication and interpersonal skills Strong analytical skills Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks/priorities  Professional demeanor and presentation  Apply to Canteen today!
