Full Description

The Facility Maintence Assistant is a critical position at the Community Health Center. Duties include but not limited to: 1. Perform preventative maintenance on clinic fridges and freezers 2. Perform preventative maintenance on all fleet vehicles 3. Perform Preventative maintenance on clinic HVAC systems 4. Answer and complete support tickets 5. Perform Maintenance on all water softeners 6. Replace light bulbs 7. Repair bathroom fixtures and equipment 8. Maintain parking lots, front entrance and overall cleanliness of clinics 9. Repair drywall and paint- including touch ups 10. Various Equipment assembly 11. Deliver to and pick up from satellite clinics Excellent customer service skills and computer skills a must for this position. Previous experience working in a healthcare maintenance setting preferred for this position. CDL preferred for this position to assist with driving of mobile medical/dental units as needed. Monday - Friday - 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. or 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. We continually strive to offer competitive wages and benefits that ensure healthy life balance.
