Vice President of Operations in Bay Area Job Type: Full-Time Position Summary The Vice President of Restoration at Coit Cleaning and Restoration is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the company's restoration services including water, fire, and smoke damage. This executive role ensures operational excellence, strategic planning, and leadership across restoration projects to drive growth, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. Essential Functions • Provide strategic leadership and direction for all restoration operations and sales. • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure high-quality service delivery. • Oversee project management, ensuring timely and cost-effective completion of restoration jobs. • Develop and oversee restoration sales and the sales team. • Manage the development and growth of water, fire and smoke restoration programs. • Manage and mentor regional and local restoration teams to achieve performance goals. • Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies. • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to support business development initiatives. • Monitor financial performance and implement strategies to improve profitability. • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and customer satisfaction. • Evaluate and implement new technologies and equipment to enhance operational efficiency. • Represent the company at industry events and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders. • Demonstrate professional knowledge of all company products and services. • Be available to respond to emergency situations in a timely manner.
