As a Cognyter you will: • Deploy our systems at customer sites, conduct end-user training, and perform the Acceptance Tests for our unique GSM, UMTS, and LTE solutions • Oversee projects from initiation to completion of the Acceptance Tests • Prepare and update of project documentation • On-site and remote technical support (Tier 2) for our systems for both software and hardware • Constant communication and collaboration with in-house teams are necessary to ensure a successful customer experience • Follow departmental processes and ensure KPIs are met • Ability to take project requirements and ensure that are met before the deployment phase • Must be able to commute to Melbourne, Florida - hybrid position* Requirements For that mission you'll need: • Basic understanding or strong interest in intelligence technologies and methodologies • Familiarity or willingness to learn about Cell Site Simulators (CSS) and related communication systems • Interest in working with government security organizations (police, defense, or intelligence services). Prior exposure is a plus, but not required • Foundational knowledge or coursework in Telecommunications or Wireless Communications (GSM, UMTS, LTE) • Basic understanding or hands-on practice with Electrical or RF Lab equipment through studies, labs, or personal projects • Bachelor's degree or equivalent education in Telecommunications, Computer Science, or a related field • Some experience or strong motivation to learn about technical deployments, customer support, and user training • Good understanding of Windows OS and solid general IT skills • U.S. Citizenship required
