Role Title: Project Associate- SAP Location: Remote Job Description • A Project Associate with 7+ years of experience is responsible for leading teams and overseeing projects to ensure successful completion. Key responsibilities include: • Planning and Execution: Develop project scopes, objectives, and timelines, and manage the project lifecycle from initiation to closure. • Team Leadership: Direct and supervise project teams, ensuring they meet project goals and deliverables. • Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate potential risks to project success. • Budget Management: Manage project budgets, tracking costs and variance to stay within constraints. • Stakeholder Communication: Facilitate communication with stakeholders, ensuring alignment and transparency throughout the project. • This role requires strong leadership skills, project management expertise, and the ability to navigate complex projects effectively. • A Project Associate requires both hard and soft skills to excel in the position, including: • Analytical skills, Interpersonal skills, Decisiveness, Problem-solving skills, The ability to delegate effectively, Time management skills Qualifications • Proven work experience as a Project Associate or similar role • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Salary And Other Compensation Applications will be accepted until 12/5/2025. The annual salary for this position is between $64,000- $74,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
