About the role As a Senior Anaplan Solution Architect you will make an impact by leading cross-functional technology projects that enhance operational efficiency across In this role, you will: • Resource should understand the Agile way working for Anaplan. • Understand the user stories listed in sprint and convert them into Anaplan deliverable • Resource should be have good communication skill to talk to business users to remove any road blocks during sprint development. • Resource should be capable to driving sessions for end users and show them developed functionalities in Anaplan and take feedback and implement same. • Resource should able to coordinate with different team for integration need of Anaplan. • Coordinating and Drive UAT cycle for business users and publish the UAT results. • Creating Functional and Technical/ SOP documents for end users on Anaplan developed models. • Migration of Anaplan models to production workspace and supporting and fixing end users issues. • Provide user training on Anaplan developed models and UX/UI. What you need to have to be considered • Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science or related field. • 10+ years in Project/Program Management; 8+ years in Logistics/Supply Chain/Retail. • Proven experience with Manhattan WMOS, system integrations, and vendor management. • In depth understanding and proficiency of project management methodology/tools, including Jira, Rally etc., for Software Development Life Cycle • Experience in working with technical developers in making progress on technical deliverables/ milestones. • Solid technical understanding of logistics IT systems and architecture. • Experience in working with technical developers in making progress on technical deliverables/ milestones. • Skilled in project planning, execution, and escalation. • Proficient in data-driven decision-making and executive-level reporting. • Ability to work with 3rd party vendors, being able to see the big picture of the project. This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
