We’re expanding our finance team and looking for an experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist based in Puerto Rico. Role Summary The Accounts Receivable Specialist will manage the full AR cycle from invoicing to payment tracking, collections follow-up, and customer account reconciliation. This person will play a key role in ensuring timely cash flow and maintaining clean, accurate books. Responsibilities • Prepare and send invoices accurately and on schedule • Track incoming payments and maintain up-to-date customer account records • Reconcile AR accounts, investigate discrepancies, and resolve billing issues • Follow up with clients regarding outstanding balances • Assist with month-end close related to AR • Maintain accurate documentation and support audit requests • Collaborate with customer support and operations as needed • Work closely with customers and clients as needed Requirements • Degree in Accounting (required) • 1+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable or similar finance role • Strong Excel and general financial systems skills • Attention to detail and ability to manage volume with accuracy • Clear written and verbal communication (English/Spanish a plus) • Ability to work independently and maintain accountability in a fast-paced environment Nice to Have • Experience in SaaS, legal tech, or professional services • Familiarity with QuickBooks, NetSuite, or similar ERP tools Benefits • Competitive compensation • Opportunity to join a rapidly scaling company • Growth potential within finance and operations Compensation Range: $50K - $70K
